According to the health protocols recommended by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Tourism and the National Organization of Public Health, we inform that the following will apply from 1 July:
- The check-in will take place from 3 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. This change in the time interval between each check- in and check- out is mandatory to ensure that between different customers the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as that adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed.
- General cleaning and disinfection of apartments / rooms is carried out only upon arrival and departure of customers.
- During your stay, the rooms will be cleaned once or twice a week after consultation with the customer. Customers are required to collect their items and personal belongings in the suitcase or closet on the day of cleaning. They are also required to leave the room early, leaving the balcony door open and the screen closed knowing that they will be away from the room for 6 to 8 hours.
- The waste will be transported by the visitor to a specific outdoor area on days when there is no cleaning.
- The use of air conditioners is not prohibited but is not recommended.
- It is recommended to open the windows for as long as possible.
- Upon arrival, the personal details of all visitors will be requested (Name, phone number, address, ID or passport number and nationality) as well as the potential signature of a relevant document stating that the visitor is aware of how the apartments are operated and cleaned rooms and in case of a crown case, the accommodation does not take any legal responsibility.
- It is forbidden for non-residents to enter the rooms.
As a family and responsible business, we take all measures to ensure the health of ourselves and all our visitors.
At the entrances, there are disinfectants for hands.
All rooms have a private entrance and a balcony / terrace. They are cleaned with special detergents and chlorine is used as well as a steam cleaner for all surfaces in depth before the arrival of visitors.
In case of a Covid-19 case, the procedures provided by law will be followed. We are always available for any questions, concerns or further information.
